I have to congratulate you for putting together such an excellent website.  It is a tribute to Melanie and has a very powerful message. I take care of too many patients who are injured as a result of alcohol.  Life changes in an instant in ways you can never imagine - for you and for those around you. Don't take a chance.  It isn't worth it.

Mel's Keys Documentary

I'm very new to the whole blog thing.  So i'm going to do my best here but I need to ask that you bare with me. 

Right now, what I'm going through is very much alcohol related.  So I'm going to try to think positively and use this blog as a good experience for me to express myself and for Melanie's story to be heard.  I'm going to take this opportunity to be brutally honest with myself, for one second of my life.  To my best ability I'm going to use very real words to explain how I am currently viewing this whole situation, to myself and to whomever decides to read this.

This site is for you, use it, visit it, twitter it, face book it, blog it  whatever you want and whatever you say does make a difference. I thank all of those who came out to the fundraiser and website launch on Sept 11, 2011 at the Port Whitby Marina. It was wonderful to see our regular supporters and some new ones. I enjoyed meeting some new people and sharing a nice night with some wonderful people. Our volunteers and supporters made it all possible and  a special thank you to them.  I also hope that you all walked away more aware of the issues that we face while driving.
